Juicing for Health

Juicing (of raw fruits and veggies through a mechanical juicer) is a great way to get important nutrients and minerals.

My favorite juice has:
-apples
-carrots
-celery
-parsley

Tastes good and always makes me feel great. It can be a good way to keep the GI tract healthy, and be free of constipation.
